Selmer Ironworks creates quality handmade metalwork to be used and appreciated by all. We work to invest the hours and skill rarely seen in modern ironwork for customers that can see the difference between art and imported mass production.
Basic hooks and bent iron are becoming commonplace and even expected of modern ironwork. We are here to offer metalwork which is beyond that. The shop now includes some traditional stained glass reproductions, to bring more historic art into the world.
Many of the materials we use are recycled. Even the tools are often reclaimed, repaired, or reworked. The custom tools needed for our items are only available through blacksmiths. Curved chisels, shaped hammers, and custom heat treating are all needed before products even begin. We offer metalworking tools for sale, also. These are the same as used in our shop and classes, now available for other metalworkers.

5 out of 5 starsA very good quality made tool. I got the one with the ring at the end and I am very happy with it. Havent been to put it thru its paces just yet as i need to get some square stock to twist. But i am really happy i have a proper twisting wrench now, and am excited to use it. Shipping took less time than expected and it happened to arrive at the same time as another etsy order which was nice.
